We want you to love your Loop experience, which is why we offer a 100-day hassle-free return policy for all our earplugs and accessories. If your fit isn't perfect or you aren't satisfied with the noise reduction, you can return your items for a full refund within this window.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your Loop earplugs back in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping envelope or small box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
